High-level competition builds a discipline and a knowledge of the body that few coaches possess. French Champion in the Fitness category in 1998, Cathy gained, during her years of competition, solid foundations in nutrition, biomechanics and effort management.

Today, she puts this expertise to work for her clients — active women, seniors, pregnant women, people in rehabilitation — with one constant goal: visible, lasting results, achieved while respecting the body.

 

Qualifications and training

  • State-certified fitness instructor (Diplômée d'État des métiers de la forme)
  • Certified Pilates Method instructor: Matwork (levels 1, 2 and 3), Pregnancy and Seniors, Small equipment (circle, foam roller, Swiss ball, etc.)
  • Trained in Reformer Pilates and Cadillac
  • First aid and cardiac emergency training
  • 20 years of experience in individual and group coaching
