Cathy D'Agop travels with a complete set of professional equipment, selected for its quality, versatility and effectiveness. Every tool is chosen to optimize your sessions, vary your exercises and help you progress faster — whatever your level or your goals.
The Reformer is the iconic machine of the Pilates method. It consists of a mobile carriage on rails, fitted with a system of variable-resistance springs. This mechanism allows exceptionally precise muscle work, guiding every movement along the right axis and range.
The fundamental principles trained on the Reformer:
Who is it for?
The Reformer suits all levels — from beginners in rehabilitation to advanced athletes refining their technique. It's particularly effective for post-pregnancy recovery, lower back pain, arthritis and deep strengthening.
Availability:
Cathy has her own Reformer and can come to clients who own one. She also works in certain fitness studios and hotel wellness centres in Monaco (such as the Hôtel Métropole) and the surrounding areas.
The Cadillac is a professional suspension frame allowing exercises with partial or total bodyweight support. It facilitates range of motion, deep stretching and progressive muscle strengthening — ideal for people in rehabilitation or with joint limitations.
A truly versatile tool, the Pilates ball creates an unstable surface that forces the body to constantly engage the deep stabilizing muscles. It's used as support for core work, as resistance for strength training, or as an aid for stretching and joint mobility.
Small and light, the Paille ball is a precision accessory used for coordination work, proprioception and targeted strengthening of the upper body and core. It's particularly popular for standing exercises and joint mobility sequences.
An essential tool, the Foam Roller is a cornerstone of the Pilates method. It helps improve posture, and the instability it creates is ideal for strengthening the deep muscles. It also helps build awareness of the body's centre, work on balance in an unstable position, and release muscle tension at the end of a session. An excellent addition to active recovery.
A flexible resistance hoop, the isotoner increases the intensity of exercises by precisely isolating a muscle group. It builds strength, endurance and coordination — for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
The TRX is a system of suspension straps that uses body weight as the only resistance. Light, portable and endlessly versatile, it works the whole body — deep core work, lower back and abdominal strengthening, thighs, glutes and cardio — with an intensity level adjustable simply by changing the body's angle.
It suits all levels and is particularly well suited to outdoor sessions.
Body Vib vibration dumbbells use a patented mechanical decoupling system to generate micro-vibrations during exercise. This technology activates more muscle fibres than traditional training methods, for a more complete workout in less time.
Benefits:
Bars, weight plates and ankle/wrist weights for full-body strength training. Step platforms for cardio work and toning the lower body. These classic tools remain essential for varying your sessions and building strength.
All equipment is brought and set up by Cathy at every session. You don't need to prepare anything — no accessories, no machines. Equipment is included in the price of the session.
This is one of the great benefits of in-home coaching: enjoying a professional level of equipment without leaving home.

All professional equipment is included in the price of every session — there's nothing for you to provide.
