Is video coaching as effective as in-person coaching?
Yes, for the vast majority of exercises — Pilates, strength training, stretching, mobility work. Cathy guides and corrects in real time via Zoom. The only difference with in-person sessions is the lack of hands-on corrections, which remains minor for most goals.
